Cannabis Cookie Recipe – Chocolate Pistachio Cookies with Canna Butter
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup canna butter, softened
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 – 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 – 12 oz. package milk chocolate chips
1 cup pistachio kernels
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In separate bowl combine flour baking soda baking powder and salt
3. Cream together sugar, brown sugar and canna butter
4. Add eggs and vanilla.
5. Add dry ingredients and cocoa powder
6. Add chocolate chips and pistachios
7. Drop dough 2 inches apart onto parchment paper on a baking sheet.
8. Bake for 15 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
